I called the customer care and after waiting for looooooooong time the agent picked and they said it’s the application and advised to uninstall he application from the TV and then in install it. They have done something so you can watch it except from the mobile. Trying to watch it from my tv or using mirroring to watch it from the mobile to the TV doesn’t work either. I have subscribed in Shahid VIP hoping it would work. Such a bad useless experience! Waste of time and money. WHYYYYYY !! So every time I open the app I have to write me log-in details. The other cons thing about this app, in my phone it keeps logging off. I tried to log out and log in again again and it still shows the same error, I’ve also tried to delete the app and re-install it hundreds times but it still shows the same error. After subscribing the app only worked once on my apple TV (IT USED TO WORK PERFECT AND FINE BEFORE PAYING ANYTHING), it keeps showing dark screen with voice only. So, to watch these tv shows I have to sups for VIP which I did and sadly they’ve charged me for a month.

(Most of our family's electronics are Samsung and I have never been so disappointed in one. I thought that Samsung made the best TVs around? This one has very noticeable side lighting and the worst smart functionality I have ever seen. The first time I did this it worked better for a while but now I cant get through a half hour show without the apps crashing. I was called and ran through the usual reboot/reset. I have requested help via the support tab. The system menus are slow to respond and close spontaneously. For me it's not just the apps that crash. Most commonly used are Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora and Spotify.
